Meet our founders
R.J. Landin
R.J. Landin is a storyteller, curator, and color enthusiast who believes life is full of occasions worth celebrating — and that great design is the art of bringing those occasions to life. A native Virginian with deep roots in the Richmond community, she blends Southern charm, whimsy, and a signature vibrancy into events and spaces that are as meaningful as they are beautiful. Former President of IFDA and an active voice across Richmond's cultural and civic landscape, she is equally at home leading a community organization, hosting a dinner party, or finding inspiration in her garden.
Susan W. Morgan
A lifelong devotee of beauty in all its forms, Susan has spent decades immersed in the world of art and design — from jewelry to architecture. A former designer and professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), she brings a practiced eye and a deeply cultivated sensibility to everything she encounters. Whether exploring a gallery, a grand interior, or a finely crafted object, Susan posesses the rare ability to see what makes a space, a piece, or a moment extraordinary.
